Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. VERY pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the sales rep. He took all the time needed to understand my goals and clearly explain the options along with pros/cons. They are the only HVAC company I have ever dealt with who offered a Manual J load calc without me requesting it. I have never had a contractor perform these calcs before and it gives to owner a detailed picture of you heating and cooling requirements.
I have not yet purchased a system, however based on the sales phase I have a very good impression of Zone Heating & Air

I had a great experience with a new install 5 years ago. I had a minor short shut down my system a couple days ago. These guys got here quickly and efficiently handled my problem. Thanks again guys!

Jason initially scoped out the project (2 mini split installs) and put together a clear and fair proposal. Scheduling was easy. Barrett and Brian completed the installation in 6.5 hours. Extremely professionally installed, clear communications, great job cleaning up the work site. Highly recommended.
